摘　　要：目的：为了探讨乳腺癌血管内介入治疗的效果。材料与方法：对经手术、病理证实的9例乳腺癌病例进行血管造影。结果：乳腺癌血管造影可显示血管增粗、扭曲、僵硬、肿瘤染色、动静脉瘘等征象。在治疗上，选择性插管头端应尽量接近肿瘤的靶血管，即供血动脉，以提高疗效。结论：由于动脉灌注化疗系肿瘤的局部用药，其药物浓度高，致肿瘤明显缩小、坏死，有利于手术切除而全身副作用表现轻。为此我们认为血管内介入治疗是治疗乳腺癌的一种有效的治疗方法。Purpose:To study the effect of intravascular interventional therapy in cancer of breast.Materials and methods:Mammary angiography and arterial perfusion chemotherapy were performed in nine patients who had been proved pathologically to have cancer of breast.Results:Thickened blood vessels with flexure,rigidity,tumor staining,and arteriovenous fistula were dis played by angiography,When perfusion was performed,in order to increase the curative effect,the tip of selected catheter should be approached the target blood vessel or nutrient artery as near as possible.Conclusion:Arterial perfusion of chemical drug to the original site of the tumor has little side-effect.It can increase the density of the drug-concentration inducing tumor shrink and necrosis,and make the resection possible.We conclude that intravascular interventional treatment is an effective therapy.
