摘　　要：目的：评价CT对原发性纵隔肿瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法：回顾性分析40例经手术与活俭病理证实的原发性纵隔肿瘤的CT表现，其中胸内甲状腺肿13例，恶性淋巴瘤10例，神经源肿瘤8例，胸腺瘤6例，生殖细胞瘤2例，心包囊肿1例。结果：40例纵隔肿瘤CT定位正确39例，定性正确34例，CT检查对纵隔肿瘤的显示明显优于常规X线检查。结论：CT检查对纵隔肿瘤具有较高的诊断价值，多数肿瘤结合临床和CT扫描可作出明确诊断。Purpose:To evaluate the valve of CT diagnosis of primary mediastina1 tumors.Materials and methods:The CT appearances of 40cases of primary mediastinal tumors confirmed by operation and biopsy were stud1es.There were 13 cases retrosternal thyroid,10 lymphoma,8 neurogenic tumor,6 thymoma,2 germinoma,1 pericardiac cyst.Results:39 cases were correctly localized by CT,and in 34 cases,diagnosis was correct,The diagnostic value of CT in mediastinal tumors were much better than that of X-ray.Conclusion:CT had high vaiue in the diagnosis of mediastinal tumors,Most of the cases may have correct diagnosis with CT.Contrast CT is helpful in differential diagnosis.
