影响老年心血管病患者拔牙危险性的多因素分析

摘　　要：对２９５例老年心血管病患者监护下拨牙４２５例次的资料，按９个自变量（性别、年龄、心血管病种类、心功能、拔牙时精神状态、麻药种类、麻醉效果、拔牙时间和拔牙数）分别输入电子计算机，按Ｂａｙｅｓ准则行多因素逐步判别分析。结果发现：老年心血管病患者拔牙时发生潜在危险性比例较高，有显著影响的因素依次为：拔牙时间长、拔牙时精神紧张、麻醉效果差、心功能差和年龄７０岁以上。所建数学模型代入实际样本考核征实，平均回代符合率为８６．６％。并提出了５项拔牙安全措施。Abstract The monitoring data of 425 times in 295 aged patients with cardiovascular diseases during extraction of teeth were computerized by stepwise discriminatory analysis using Bay,esian formula. The result revealed a high risk in aged patients with cardiovascular diseases during extraction of teeth and important factors influencing the risk. In order of importance, they were the duration of extraction, stress of the patient during extraction, poor local anaesthesia, poor heart function and the age over seventy. The sex, sort of disease, sort of local anaesthesia were of no statistical differences. The matliematical model of the analysis was tested in practical samples with average coincidence of 86.6/00. Five safety measures in extraction of teeth were advised.
