尿激酶治疗脑室出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨尿激酶在脑室出血中的应用方法。方法　对 4 7例脑室出血病人植入双腔冲洗引流管 ,灌注尿激酶治疗。结果　CT复查脑室内血肿清除 4～ 5天 2 8例 ,6～ 7天 15例 ,8天 4例 ,脑室系统通畅平均为 5天。本组基本治愈 2 0例 ,显著进步 15例 ,进步 9例 ,死亡 3例。Objective To investigate the method of Urokinase (UK) in patients with cerebral ventricular hemorrhage. Methods UK was infused through double-lumen catheter placed in the cerebal ventricle in 47 patients.Results Cerebral intraventricular hemotoma disappeared following-up for 4～5 days in 28 patients,6～7 days 15 patients, 8 days 4 patients respectively in serial CT scan. The mean time of cerebral ventricular system recanalization was 5 days. 20 patients were cured, 15 improved significantly,9 improved,3 died respectively. Conclusion The cerebral intraventricular infusion of UK is a safe and effective approach.
