内斜视80例治疗分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨采用双星明治疗共同性内斜视的临床效果。方法　用双星明眼水交替点眼 ,每月检查一次 ,一年一个疗程。结果　一个疗程治愈的 6 0例 ,12 0眼 ,治愈率 75 % ;两个疗程治愈的 2 0例 ,4 0眼 ,治愈率 2 5 %。随访 3年无复发 ,效果满意。结论　双星明治疗内斜视 ,预防婴幼儿弱视的方法简单易行 。Objective To study the clinical effect of the Tropicamide Eye Drops to treat the esotropia. Methods Use the Tropicamide Eye Drops to drip to the eyes, check it every month, and one course of treatment was one year.Results 60 cases (120 eyes, 75%) were cured in one course of treatment, and 20 cases (40 eyes, 25%) were cured in two courses of treatment, there was not recurrence in 3 years following-up. The results were satisfactory. Conclusion The method of using the Tropicamide Eye Drops can cure the esotropia and prevent amblyopia of the children.
