高热综合治疗原发性肝癌临床观察

摘　　要：对原发性肝癌经高热、化疗、放疗等综合治疗观察，经治疗４次以上并有治疗结果的１８例中，显效８例，好转６例，无效４例，总有效率７８％．观察结果表明，高热综合治疗可提高晚期原发性肝癌的手术切除率，对延长生命，提高临床治疗效果有积极作用．cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were treated with combined therapy of hyperthermia and chemotherapy, radiotherapy by us. Among them, 18 cases who had been treated over four times are reported in this paper. After treatment, it is showed that the excellent effect was seen in 8 cases, the improved in 6, and the invalid in 4. The total effective rate was 78%. The result shows that this combined therapy can raise the surgery effect in advanced hepatocellular carcinoma and play an important role for improving clinical effect and prolonging life.
