大学生择业准备与择业指导全程化思考

摘　　要：为学生就业提供帮助是大学学生工作的一项重要任务,面对今后几年大学毕业生就业形势愈加严峻的趋势,高校就业指导工作必须向全程化拓展,以增强大学生择业竞争意识,树立正确择业取向,做好择业准备,使大学生在今后的就业竞争中处世不惊,稳操胜券。It is one of the basic functions of the university to provide career guidance for students. In the face of the severe situation for students job_hunting, we must reinforce the guidance through the whole course of college education, enhance their sense of competition, and enable them to hold a correct attitude to career and get ready for employment in advance.
