摘　　要：目的 分析、探讨颅鼻沟通性肿瘤的ＣＴ表现及临床、病理特点，以提高对其认识和诊断水平。方法 采用头部横断加冠状、平扫加增强的ＣＴ扫描检查。结果 颅鼻沟通瘤２５例，其中鼻腔、副鼻窦与颅腔沟通者１０例，鼻咽部与颅内沟通者１５例。结论ＣＴ扫描的高密度分辨率，使此类肿瘤得以显示，提高了对其认识和诊断水平，为临床正确处治提供了依据。Objective To study the pathological characteristics, CT and clinical appearances of communicant crani - orbita tu- mors so as to improve understanding and diagnostic Ievel of such tumors. Methods 15 cases with communicant crani - orbital tumors were performed axial and coronal scan, with and without intravenous injection of contrast medium. Result Among the 25 cases, 10 cases were intracranial tumors invading nasal cavity and paranasal sinus, the rest 15 cases were intracranial tumors invading nasopharynx part. Conclusion Due to the high contrast resolution of CT, such tumors can be showed clearly, which will improve the understanding and diagnostic level and provide a scientific evidence for the clinical treatment.
