牙齿美白剂漂白氟斑牙的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察牙齿美白剂对氟斑牙的漂白效果及酸蚀剂对漂白的辅助效果。方法　将氟斑牙按其着色深浅分为轻、中和重度 3个试验组 ,分别为 3 5 ,2 9,2 6个牙面。以对侧同名牙作为对照组。试验组牙面每晚涂漂白剂 ,轻、中度组连续 2 0d ;重度组连续 2 5d ,且在第 1次涂药前采用 3 70 g/L的磷酸酸蚀剂酸蚀 1min。结果　有效率为 90 %以上 ,但随其着色程度的加深 ,治愈率则有很大的差别 ,轻、中、重度治愈率分别为 77.1% ,3 1.0 % ,0。对于重度着色氟斑牙 ,涂药前进行酸蚀 ,可明显加强漂白作用。结论　过氧化脲漂白剂对氟斑牙有效 ,但效果很慢 。Objective To evaluate the bleaching effect of a tooth bleaching varnish with or without preoperative etching in vitro.Methods Fluorosis pigmented teeth were divided into three test groups according to the severity of the pigment(These are 35, 29 and 26 faces);the same teeth on the other side were control groups. The treated teeth were subjected to the tooth bleaching varnish for a period of 20 to 25 days. 37% phosphoric acid was used on the severe discolored fluorosis teeth before the first use of the tooth bleaching varnish.Results The cure rates of the varnish for fluorine teeth were 77.1%, 31.0% and 0 according to the degrees of the discoloration. The total effective rate of the varnish for fluorine teeth was 90%. Preoperative etching improved the effect of the varnish in severe discolored fluorine teeth.Conclusions The tooth bleaching varnish is proved to be an effective ,simple and practical way for the treatment of discolored teeth;but it seems to be dissatisfaction for the severe discolored fluorosis teeth.
