Ⅹ型胶原表型表达及基因突变与骨关节病关系的研究进展

摘　　要：为进一步探讨Ⅹ型胶原在大骨节病发病机理中的作用 ,对X型胶原的结构与功能、在骨关节炎、大骨节病中的表型表达、基因突变与骨软骨发育不良性疾病的关系 4个方面的研究现况进行了综述。结果发现Ⅹ型胶原与骨关节病的发病机理密切相关 。Research progressions on type X collagen were reviewed in the paper in order to further understand the pathogenesis with Kashin-Beck disease(KBD).This paper provided four aspects as follows: the structure and function of type X collagen, the express of type X collagen with osteoarthritis and KBD, the relation between gene mutation of type X collagen and chondrodysplasia disease. These result indicate that pathogenesis of osteoarthrosis is associated with type X collagen. Therefore, it may provide some new ways for understanding the bio molecular pathogenesis of KBD.
