摘　　要：目的:考察利咽雾化液抗炎抑菌作用效果。方法:采用二甲苯引起小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶引起大鼠足趾肿胀的动物炎症模型,观察其抗炎作用;采用杯碟法测定利咽雾化液对临床分离的46株临床常见细菌的体外抗菌作用。结果:利咽雾化液对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀及角叉菜胶引起的大鼠足趾肿胀有较好的抗炎作用,体外对临床常见病原菌均具有一定的抑制作用。结论:利咽雾化液具有较好的抗炎、抑菌作用。Objective:To observe the mechanism of anti-inflammatory and anti-blastic effect of vaporous atomization.Method:Mice with auricle-swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and rats with toe-swelling by carrageenan were used as models for experimental observation of the anti-inflammatory effect of vaporous atomization.Cylinder plate method was used to test the antiblastic effect of vaporous atomization to46groups bacteria in vitro.Result:Vaporous atomization has a great antiinflammatory effect on swelling caused by dimethylbenzene and carrageenan.It could suppress some bacteria in vitro.Conclusion:Vaporous atomization has a great antiinflammatory and antiblastic effect.
