摘　　要：研究了以2-氨基吡啶为原料,经氨基N-硝化、酸性重排获得3-硝基-2-氨基吡啶和5-硝基-2-氨基吡啶后,应用减压水蒸气蒸馏的办法分离得到两种纯化合物。对反应条件和两种异构体之间的比例进行了研究。2-Amino-3-nitropyridine and 2-amino-5-nitropyridine were synthesized by nitration of 2-aminopyridine with mixed acid of HNO_3-H_2SO_4 on N of the amino group and rearrangement of the intermediate.The two compounds were separated by steam distillation under reduced pressure.The relation between the condition of rearrangement and ratio of isomers has been studied.
