复方胞肌治疗年长弱视儿童临床研究

摘　　要：目的　通过复方胞肌治疗年长弱视与传统疗法的比较 ,选择较为理想的方法。方法　 65例 70只眼 9～ 15岁弱视患者 ,随机分成两组。药物组 :球后注射复方胞肌 ;遮盖组 :遮盖加精细目力训练 ,随访 6个月 ,对视力、VEP、立体视锐度等结果进行分析。结果　药物组治疗后矫正视力有显著提高 ,与遮盖组间有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,治疗前后药物组的立体视锐度及P -VEP明显改善 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而遮盖组则无改善 (P >0 .0 5 )。Objective To study the effect of CDP-choline and inosine in older anblyopic patients.Methods Sixty-five patients with seventy amblyopic eyes, whose age was ranged from 9 to 15 years, were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in the drug group were treated with full-time occlusion of the good eye.All patients were followed-up for 6 months.A statistical test for repeated measures was performed on all the results.Results There was obvious difference between two groups (P<0.001) . A statistical significant improvement in visual acuity was found in the drug group.Stereo acity and P-VEP did singficantly change(P<0.05) in the drug group.But no change was found in the control groups (P>0.05) . Conclusion There is obvious effect in amblyopic patients beyond the sensitive period of the visual system,treated with CDP-choline and inosine compared with the control group.
