摘　　要：本文对“中心语理论和汉语的DeP”一文进行了质疑,认为该文依据中心语理论对汉语中的“的”字短语的分析和处理中存在着方法论上的错误,该文对汉语中的“的”字短语所作的分析和定性也有失偏颇。本文对该文所涉及的其他问题也进行了分析讨论。This article presents a critical response to Si Fuzhen's paper “Head theory and DeP in Chinese” (Contemporary Linguistics, 2004, vol. 6: 26-34). It is argued that it is a methodological mistake to treat DeP in Chinese according to the head theory. It is shown that Si's treatment results in inconsistencies and misinterpretations of data.
