正常及白血病骨髓细胞在体外长期培养中的生长特点

摘　　要：采用骨髓细胞体外长期培养（ＬＴＢＭＣ）方法对１４例急性白血病和５例正常骨髓细胞的体外生长特点进行了研究和比较，实验结果证明ＬＴＢＭＣ具有选择性支持正常造血细胞生长，并抑制白血病祖细胞生长的作用。可以用于自体骨髓移植物的体外净化处理。sing long一term bone marrow culture(LTBMC),we studied the in vitro growth status of bonemarrow nucleated cells from 5 nonnal subjects and 14 patients with acute leukemia. The results showedthat LTBMC could support nonnal hematopoiesis selectively, and in the meantime, inhibit the leukemicprogenitor growth. Our preliminary clinical application indicated that this culture system could be usedto purge the autologous bone marrow graft in vitro for allogeneic bone marrow transplantation.
