家兔视觉诱发电位正常值观测

摘  要:目的观察家兔正常视觉诱发电位(visualevokedpotential,VEP)基本波形,测定其主波成分有关参数的正常值。方法采用棋盘格模式翻转(patternreversal,PR)刺激,在大脑皮层相应视觉区记录家兔全野模式翻转视觉诱发电位(PRVEP)。结果家兔正常PRVEP由NPN三相波组成,其中P波的潜伏期、波幅、时程分别为119.60±5.20ms、9.60±3.30u、64.00±8.90ms。左右眼P波潜伏期,波幅及时程无侧间差异(P>0.05),且各参数与性别无关(P>0.05)。结论NPN复合波中P波最明显,也最稳定,是检测PRVEP的可靠指标。Objective To survey the natural numerical value and observe the main wave components in pattern reversal visual evoked potential(PRVEP)of rabbits.Methed The PRVEP induced by the chess-board model pattern reversal stimuli was recorded form the visual area of cortex.Result The normal PRVEP of rabbit showed three waves,ie,wave N1,P and N2;The latency,amplitude and duration of wave P were 119.60±5.20ms,9.40±3.30uV and 64.00±8.90ms respectively.The differences of wave P latency,amplitude and duration between the left and the right eye were found to be insignificant(P>0.05) and there was no correlation to sex(P>0.05).Conclusion The wave P is the most obvious and stable wave among the N1-P-N2 complex waves,and maybe a common and liable measuring index of PRVEP in rabbits.
