C-erbB-2,nm23,bcl-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达与临床病理的关系

摘　　要：目的研究C-erbB-2、nm23、bcl-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测30例子宫内膜癌中C-erbB-2、nm23、bcl-2的表达情况,并以15例癌旁正常内膜组织作对照。结果C-erbB-2、nm23、bcl-2在子宫内膜癌均有过度表达,nm23阳性表达率随临床分期及病理分级的增高而减低,即在有浸润、转移和低分化癌中无表达。bcl-2与病理分级有关,即在高分化癌中有较高的表达92.7%。结论nm23基因可能在抑制子宫内膜癌发生转移中发挥了重要的作用,bcl-2基因的激活和失控可能在子宫内膜癌发生中具有重要的作用,bcl-2蛋白的检测有助于子宫内膜癌的诊断。Objective To investigate the expressions of C-erbB-2,nm23 and bcl-2 in endometrial carcinoma and their significance.Methods Using immunohistochemical SP method,C-erbB-2,nm23 and bcl-2 were detected in 30 cases of endometrial carcinoma and 15 cases of normal endometrial tissues beside carcinoma.Results The positive rate of C-erbB-2,nm23 and bcl-2 were high in carcinoma;the positive rate of nm23 was decreased with increasing pathological grade and clinical stage;the expression of nm23 was negative in low differential carcinoma with invasion and metastasis.bcl-2 was related with pathological grade;the positive rate was higher in high differential carcinoma(92.7%).Conclusions Nm23 gene may play important role to control metastasis,the activation and lose control of bcl-2 gene may affect the process of occurrence and development in endometrial carcinoma.bcl-2 protein are assayed for help to endometrial carcinoma diagnosis.
