摘  要:采用流式细胞术对75例垂体腺瘤的DNA含量及细胞周期的观测结果显示:DNA异倍体瘤占33%。泌乳素腺瘤、侵袭性生长的腺瘤和术后复发的腺瘤中DNA异倍体率显著增高。相关分析证实,垂体腺瘤的DNA含量,增殖指数和S期细胞比例与肿瘤的生长速度及侵袭性生长程度均有显著的正相关。Abstract Flow cytometric (FCM ) DNA analysis was carried out on 75 surgically removed pituitary adenomas. Aneuploid DNA patterns were detected in 25 (33. 33%) cases. Frequency of aneuploidy was highest in prolactinsecreting (50%) as compared to 35. 71% in GH-secreting and 21. 05% in non-secreting adenomas. Invasive adenomas were more often found in the aneuploid group (64%).Within the group of recurrent adenomas, significantly higher DNA index and the rate of aneuploidy were showed. No apparent correlation was observed between the intensity of hormone secretory activity of tumors and the DNA index, proliferation index or the percentage of cells in S-phase. However, the DNA index, proliferation index of the percentage of cells in S-phase were well correlated with the ratio of tumorous diameter to case history, and the degree of invasive growth of tumors respectively. Thus, aneuploidy seems to be suggestive of malignant behavior in pituitary adenoma. FCM study are,therefore, recommended to gain further parameters for the estimation of proliferative and invasive activeties in pituitary adenomas.
