颅中窝底脑膜瘤33例临床分析

摘　　要：本文报告了最近１０年连续收治的颅中窝脑膜瘤３３例，占同期颅内脑膜瘤的２．６％。临床表现以视力障碍最为多见，首发症状以头痛最为突出，其次为癫痫。本组肿瘤全切除２２例（６７％），无手术死亡。肿瘤未能全切除的主要原因是肿瘤与颈内动脉粘连，颅中窝脑膜瘤影响到颈内动脉时手术处理是较为棘手的，本文作为重点讨论。平均随访４年，效果满意。文中对临床特点及手术要点进行了讨论和介绍。Abstract Thirty-three cases of middle fossa meningioma were operated from January 1982 to December 1992. The incidence was 2. 6% among the intracranial meningiomas during the same period. Hypopsia was the most common clinical features. The initial symptoms were headache or epilepsy. Twenty-two tumors were totally removed (67%). No operative mortality. Average follow up for about 4 years and achiaved favourable results. According to our expericnce: if the internal cartoid artery (ICA) it could not be totally removed. In this article, the clinical features and techniqes of the operation were also discussed .
