织物断裂强力的测试差异分析

摘　　要：通过对同一织物在电子织物强力机(CRE)和摆锤织物强力机(CRT)上的对比实验及数据分析,得知CRT的测试结果比CRE的测试结果偏高的可能性大,大部分试样两者之间的差异在±5%内。一般情况下,没有条件配备电子织物强力机的中小企业,可以通过CRT的测试值估算出其CRE测试值。This paper analyses the difference of the testing data to the same textile in using contant rate of extension testing machine(CRE) and constant rate of traverse testing machine(CRT). The result indicates that the value of testing data by CRT is mostly high than the value of testing data by CRE and the difference is between +5% and -5%. So the small enterprises that have not CRE can estimate the value of CRE by the testing value of CRT.
