摘　　要：实验数据处理是整个仪器分析实验的一个重要组成部分,是分析测试过程的延伸,是获得可靠分析数据和结果的必不可少的重要环节。临床光学仪器分析方法是基于常规实验数据处理方法,本文从光学分析方法的基本原理入手,介绍了标准曲线法、标准加入法、归一法、外标法和内标法、终点法。The data process of the experimental is the most important part of the whole instrument analysis experiment and it is the extend of the analyzing and testing process ,and it is also the most important part of obtain creditable analyzing data and results. The analyze method of clinical optical instrument is base on the method of experimental data processing. This article start with the basic principle of optical analyzing method, introducing standard curve method , standard adding method,unitary method ,exterior marker method and internal marker method,end-point method.
