摘 要:针对1220冷连轧机生产中存在的板形问题,将理论分析、计算机仿真与现场实验相结合,全面研究其原料特点和板形控制的装备、工艺、数模技术现状后,提出合适的板形控制策略,并重新设计辊系初始辊形、建立板形控制目标曲线、调整弯辊力模型,提高了连轧机组板形控制性能和板形控制系统精度,使产品板形质量、轧制稳定性和轧辊表面磨损状态明显改善。In order to solve the existing flatness problem in 1220mm cold tandem mills, the material characteristic, the equipment, the process & the mathematical model for the automatic strip profile control system were evaluated by theoretical analyzing and FEM simulation combined with spot testing. A new flatness control strategy coordinated with newly designed rolls ground contours and flatness control target as well as the work roll bending model for the mills were put forward and carried out. As a result, the flatness control performance of the mills and accuracy of the flatness control system were improved greatly. The perfect flatness quality, good rolling stability and ideal distribution of back-up rolls wear were achieved.
