不同充盈剂对激光治疗膀胱癌的影响

摘　　要：对６种膀胱充盈介质进行了激光传导衰减的比较研究。结果表明，氩离子激光在空气、氧气、氮气、蒸馏水、生理盐水和５％葡萄糖液中，５ｃｍ距离内呈均匀性衰减，６种介质的衰减率之间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。经过临床１６例膀胱癌激光治疗观察发现，液体性介质充盈膀胱，治疗时对病人的生理干扰明显轻于气体性介质充盈膀胱。Abstract Attenuation comparison of laser trans-mission in air,oxygen,nitrogen,distilled wa-ter,normal saline and 5% glucose injection hasbeen performed.The range of detection wasfrom 0 to 5cm distance.The results showedthat there was a even attenuation of argon ionlaser and no significant differences of the at-tenuation rates(P>0.05)in the 6 kinds of me-dia.It was found that the liquid bladder fill-ings were less physiological influence than thegas fillings in 16 bladder cancer patients treat- ed by laser.
