摘　　要：本文采用明胶墨汁血管注射方法研究８例成人新鲜尸体１６只手的屈指肌腱的微血管构筑，首次将毛细血管定量技术直接应用于人的屈指肌腱并进行研究。着重分析了屈指肌腱的营养与不同部位毛细血管数量，血管分布特征的关系。为正确治疗肌腱损伤，预防粘连提供了理论基础，对临床上不同的方法治疗屈指肌腱不同部位的损伤有一定的参考价值。Abstract The structure of the microvasculature in the flexor tendon of the 16 adult hands wasstudied with the chinese ink injection.Thetechnique of quantitative analysis of capillarywas. for the first time,directly used in thestudy on the blood supply of the human flexortendon. The stress was put on the analysis re-lated to nutrition and in different regions,character of vascular distribution of the flexortendon. It will provide theoretical basis for thetreatment of tendon injures in primary correctand prevention adhesion. The regular of vascu-lar distribution are to a certain extent of refer-ence value in differently treating injures in different locations.
