利用IBM／PC微机为门脉高压症巨脾病情估价的多因素分析及临床分期探讨

摘　　要：门脉高压症巨脾在形成发展过程中对门脉高压的临床表现有怎样的影响？巨脾的形成与临床诸因素之间，何为因？何为果？本实验利用微机对２００例门脉高压巨脾的临床资料中３０项指标作多因素分析，应用统计软件作多种统计学处理，判断其相互间关系，旨在诸因素中筛选出几项重要因素以正确估价巨脾的病情，制定临床分期方案。结果选中５项指标，以此将巨脾分为临床Ⅰ～Ⅲ期，２００例病例Ⅰ～Ⅲ期分别占３１％，５４％和１５％，揭示了巨脾病情发展的规律，并证实巨脾临床分期与病理分级不完全一致。During the development of portal hyper-tension and splenomegaly,the relationshipe ofsplenic pathological process and clinical condi-tions is not known. The study,collected theclinical materal of 200 cases portal hyperten-sion splenomegaly,make a multiple-factors’analysis using a computer and SAS statisticalprocess.The aim of the study is to judge therelations of factors each other in order to pickup a few important factors using them to cor- rectly evaluate the clinical conditions ofsplenomegaly and lastly draw up a scheme ofclinical stagelizes. The study pick up 5 from 30factors, which used as indexes of the scheme.By the five indexes,splenomegaly can be stagelizes to clinical stage Ⅰ-Ⅲ,in which the cases consisted is separately 31%, 54%and15%,The result brought to light the objective laws governing the development ofsplenomegaly process,and also demonstratedthat it is not the same between clinical stageand pathological class of spleno-megaly.
