摘　　要：本研究用脾细胞分泌白细胞介素２和ＮＫ活性作为免疫功能检测，观察了ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ对荷肝癌小鼠免疫功能及生存期的影响，探讨了ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ的抗肿瘤作用及其机理，结果表明ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ可提高荷癌小鼠的免疫功能，延长生存期，并提示其提高脾细胞分泌ＩＬ－２和增强脾细胞的ＮＫ活性是ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ抗肿瘤的机理之一。The effect of tuftsin on the immune func-tion of hepatic carcinoma-bearing mice was ob-served through measure of secretion of inter-leukin2(IL-2)and activity of NK of spleniccells,the antitumor effect and mechanism oftuftsin was studied.The results show that theimmune function of tumor-bearing mice wasenhanced and their survival period was pro-longed by tuftsin. Results suggest that it isone of the antitumor mechanism of tuftsin toincrease the secretion of IL-2 of splenic cellsand enhance the activity of NK of the cells.
