摘　　要：本文探讨了多功能、积木式、模块化真空挤出机的必要性、可行性及设计思路。在真空挤出机设计中采用“积木式”模块结构,通过对受料箱、真空箱、泥缸、机头、成型模具、挤出螺旋绞刀构件的相互组合和调整结构,配置出具有不同功能的挤出机,以适应不同的原料,生产不同的产品的要求。真空砖机的模块化的应用既能降低成本、提高效益、又能节约能源、达到了最佳经济配置。The paper talks on the necessity, possibility and design ideas of multifunction and modularization for vacuum extruder. The modular configuration can consist different functional extruder by combining feeding bucket, vacuum chamber, barrel, head, mould and screw auger, which can fit different materials for different products. The modular vacuum extruder not only reduces cost and improve benefits, but also saves energy and realizes the optima economic configuration
