骨间背侧动脉蒂尺骨远端移植的解剖学观察──一种新供骨区的介绍

摘　　要：７０只成人上肢标本解剖发现：骨间背侧动脉在距尺骨茎突近端３．５７±０．５１ｃｍ及骨间背侧动脉与骨间掌侧动脉背支的吻合支附近，发出２．３１±０．７７个分支，向尺侧紧贴尺骨骨膜行走，成为尺骨远端血供的主要来源。本研究为临床提供了一个新的有效的供骨区。本文详述了骨间背侧动脉的解剖特点，并讨论了该手术的适应证及临床应用中应注意的问题。AbstractThe anatomical study of the peterior interosseous artery(PIA)was cerried on 70 adult upper limb specimens.Thestudy showed that the PIA gave 2.31+ 0.77(1-5) periostal branches to the distal ulna at me distance of 3. 57+ 0. 51(2. 3-4.5)cm from the ulna styloid and the vicinity the anastomosis between the PIA and the anterior interosseousartery(AIA) .These branches distribute just above the ulnasite of the distal ulna,formed a network with the terminal branches of the AIA and provided rich blood supply to the distal ulna. This study introduced a new bone donor site and a new method of hue grafting for the clinic.The clinical application and surgical indications were expounded.
