摘 要:微藻具有富集和降解有机污染物的能力.邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DEHP)是最重要且用量最大的一种酞酸酯类化合物,为此选择普通小球藻,研究它对DEHP的富集和降解动力学.实验在250mL三角瓶中进行,温度为(25±1)℃,光强为(4000±100)lx,DEHP的初始浓度约为0.4mg/L.实验结果表明,普通小球藻对DEHP有较明显的富集与生物降解作用,8d的藻富集率为28.100,藻降解率为25.700,藻对DEHP富集量在0.5h达最大为107.4mg/g(干重),富集系数在6h达最大为3.67×105.藻对DEHP的降解符合一级动力学过程,降解速率常数为0.0021h-1.Microalgae has the ability to degrade and accumulate organic pollutants.However,little is known about the biodegradation and accumulation of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate(DEHP),one of the most important and abundant phthalate esters,by algae.In the present study, accumulation and biodegradation kinetics of DEHP were studied in chlorella vulgaris.Experiments were performed in 250 mL flasks at (25±1) ℃ with a light intensity of (4 000±100) lx continuously.The initial concentration of DEHP was approximately 0.4 mg/L.Experimental results showed that chlorella vulgaris was able to accumulate and degrade DEHP significantly.Bioconcentration percentage and biodegradation percentage of DEHP by chlorella vulgaris during 8 d were 28.100 and 25.700 respectively.The amount of DEHP accumulation by the alga reached maximum of 107.4 mg/g dry weight at 0.5 h and bioconcentration factor reached maximum of 3.67×105 at 6 h.Based on the experimental data,first-order biodegradation constant of DEHP by the alga was 0.002 1 h -1 .
