摘  要:作者通过2325例食管癌切除标本及其中201例残端癌阳性病例的观察分析了癌旁食管切除长度与断端癌阳性率之间的关系。并提出癌旁食管各切除10cm以上为最适宜的切除长度。Abstract The paper studied the ralationship between the re-sected length above and below the esophageal carcino-ma and positive rate of the residual carcinoma in the re-sected rims,The positive rates of the carcinoma were65.0%,17.2%,12.3%,10.6%,6.7%,5.8%,4.0%,3.1%,2.0%,0.9%and 0%respectirelywhile the length of the resected esophagus above andbelow the carcinoma was 1~10cm and 10cm respec-tively. The results shown that it would be the best forall patients with esophaged carcinoma to resect esopha-gus more than 10cm in length above and below the car-cinoma respectively.
