小儿晚期神经母细胞瘤的治疗进展（附62例疗效分析）

摘　　要：作者１９６０～１９９３年共收治６２例晚期（Ⅲ、Ⅳ期）小儿神经母细胞瘤。其中１９６０～１９８２年收治的２４例，采用手术切除加术后常规化疗，患儿均于２年内死亡。１９８２年以后，采用手术切除加术前及术后强化疗方案治疗３８例，经随访，目前仍存活２４例（６３．１％）５年生存率达２８．９％。强化疗虽不能代替手术，但能消灭骨髓转移灶，为彻底切除肿瘤及转移淋巴结创造条件，从而显著提高手术疗效。AbstractFrom 1960 to 1992,62 chidren with late stageneuroHastoma (stage Ⅱ～Ⅳ)were admitted to ourhospital. 24(1960～1982)treated with operatitin androutine chemotherapy all died in 24 months after operation。And in 38 ( 1983～1993) treated with operationand high dose chemotherapy(including auto-bone-mar-row transplantation +three tin1es dose VM_(16)+routinechemotherapy in 3 cases, high dose chemotherapy+re-section of tumor+high dose chemotherapy + routinechemotherapy for 4 years in 27, and dimbbell neurob-lastoma in 8) , 24 cases(63.%)still alived up to now.In which 11 cases ( 28.9%)alived more than 5 yearsand other 13 cases rniddle survival stage wa5 26.9months. The high chemotherapy couldn'be instead ofoperation but it might produce a favoureihle canditionto radical operation and thereby increase the effect ofthe operation
