摘 要:根据公司战略学中行业竞争理论、公司资源理论、游戏规则理论,从政治、经济、社会文化、技术等方面剖析了汽车行业的宏观环境变化,引用迈克尔.波特"五力理论",论述了汽车行业竞争态势,得出近阶段汽车行业中的合并、并购战略的防御性特点;分析和指出采用联合战略,实现共赢,提高公司竞争力以及采取该战略中应注意处理的文化冲突等方面的问题和警戒。Organizational theory has drawn regularly on developments in the automobile industry for insight. Increasing use of global alliances and M&A strategy during the last decade draws our attention to deeply analyze the driving forces behind these phenomena. By comparing the three strategic 'schools', industry organization model, resource-based theory and game theory, the author deeply analyzes the macro-environment and industry structure by using Porter's 'five force' theory to give a comprehensive view of competitive situation in the automobile industry. Using Drucker's observation, the author argues that the majority of today's mergers are defensive; the majority of yesterday's were offensive. The author further analyzes how strategic alliance delivers competitive advantages and what cautions should be taken if strategic alliance decided to be used.
