摘 要:应用IBAS型图像分析系统和银染方法对22例睑板腺癌细胞进行AgNORs检测显示:与其他病理学类型的睑板腺癌相比,基底细胞型AgNORs颗粒数和面积测量值均较小,差异显著(P<0.01)。其他睑板腺癌各类型间颗粒数差异不显著(P>0.05),而颗粒面积略有区别。鳞状细胞型及小叶型颗粒面积小于未分化癌及腺癌,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。颗粒数少、面积小者睑板腺癌患者的预后优于颗粒数多、面积大者。这反映了不同病理学类型脸板腺癌细胞的增殖活性,并提示Ag-NORs颗粒的面积较颗粒数目更敏感、可靠地反映细胞增殖水平。The number and area of AgNORs in tarsal adenocarcinomas cells were measured by silver staining technique and IBAS image analysis system in 22 cases. The results showed that both the number and area of AgNORs in basal cell type were smaller than that in other histopathological types.(P<0.01).Though there there were no difference in the number of AgNORs among other histopathological types, yet diffarences could be found in areas of AgNORs among them. The AgNORs areas in squamous cell type and lobular type were smaller than those in undifferentiated carcinoma and adenocarcinoma (P<0.01). The patients with carcinomas showing fewer granules and smaller areas of AgNORs had a better prognosis. This suggested that the area of AgNORs be a more sensitive and reliable parameter for cell proliferation than the number of AgNORs.
