摘 要:应用流式细胞术和AgNORs计数对何杰金氏淋巴瘤细胞的DNA指数、细胞增殖周期和核仁组成区等资料分析。癌细胞的DNA指数为0.97~1.49,均值为1.20±0.15;非整倍体率为77.5%(31/40例),以超二倍体为主;%S和PI分别为17.56%和28.96%。AgNORs计数为2.99~8.34/核,均值为5.89±0.88。各组织学类型的DNA指数和%S值之间无明显差别。AgNORs计数与%S有关,而与代表着倍体的DNA指数无关。Forty cases of Hodgkin's Lymphomas were analysed by flow cytometry and argyrophilic staining(AgNOR) technique for the data of DNA Index(DI), proliferation cycle and enumeration of AgNORs foci. The results showed that ①DI valuer ranged from 0.97 - 1. 49 with an average of 1.20.② Aneuploid frequency was 77.5% (31/40 cases), the DNA hyperdiploidy was occupied a dominant position. ③The percentage of S phase cells (%S) and PI were 17.56% and 28. 96% respectively.④The enumeration of AgNORs was 2. 99- 8.34 per nucleus, with an average of 5. 89. There was no significant correlation for the DI and %S among th histopathologic subtypes. It was suggested that the AgNORs count might be related to the %S rather than to DI,representing DNA aneuploidy. Utilizing analysis of cytometry and AgNORs data, it may offer an objective basis for futher studying heterogeneity in this disorder.
