应用FCM检测食管癌前病变患者红细胞膜血型糖蛋白A的表达

摘　　要：应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术对食管癌前病变患者的红细胞膜血型糖蛋白Ａ（ＧＰＡ）的表达进行分析，发现Ｍ血型和Ｎ血型的红细胞ＧＰＡ表达的荧光强度相似，ＮＭ血型的红细胞ＧＰＡ表达荧光较弱．结果表明，癌前病变患者的红细胞ＧＰＡ变异细胞频率（２７．２×１０－６）明显高于正常人（５．９×１０－６）．但低于食管癌患者（３１．７×１０－６）．我们认为，对细胞膜ＧＰＡ变异红细胞频率的，检测，有可能成为肿瘤早期诊断的一个新的参考标志物．Expression of the blood group glycophorin A (GPA) in erythrocyte membrane in precancer patients of esophagus was analysed by FCM and cellular immunofluotescence method. The results revealed that fluorescence intensity of M blood group was similar to N blood group in GPA expression at erythrocytes.The fluorescence intensity of GPA expression was weaker in MN than that in M/N blood group. The results alao showed that GPA freqiemcy of variant cell in precancer patients (27.2×10-6) were increase obviosly than that in nornal human (5.9×10-6).But, the GPA frequency of variant cell in precancer patients was lower than that in cancer patients of esophagus . We suggested that detecting GPA frequency of variant cell would be a new marker for early diagncais of tumors.
