腹外斜肌皮瓣肌瓣修复肿瘤切除后软组织缺损

摘　　要：报告３例应用腹外斜肌皮瓣和腹外斜肌瓣修复体表软组织恶性肿瘤切除后的软组织缺损。其中肌皮瓣转移于髂臀部２例，１例为脂肪肉瘤，另１例为鳞状细胞癌。肌瓣转移于中上腹１例，为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。２例成功，１例失败。就腹外斜肌皮瓣的有关解剖学，适应证选择，术式的优缺点及其改形的方法进行讨论。Abstract Three ceses of the soft tissue malignant tumors on the surface of bodies were resected and repaired with the mnsculocuaneous flap and muscular flap of obliquus external abdominis. Two defects of soft tissue liposarcoma and squiamons cell carcinoma in the iliobuttock were resected and repaired with musculocutanous flaps. Muscular flap was used to abdominal wall for closure of the deffect after resecting malignant fibrous histiocytic tumor. Two cases were successful and One case failure. Anatomy, advantagee, shortcomings and, operative indication of musculocutaneous flap were discussed.
