摘 要:科技人员能动性发挥的关键,取决于能否激发他们的责任感和上进心,使之以积极的心态参与企业的发展。因而,建立公平有效的激励机制,提高科技队伍的整体素质是企业实现可持续稳定发展的关键。对科技人员进行有效的激励和业绩考核,教育和督促科技人员转变观念,培养竞争意识和创新精神,以提高科技人员队伍的能动性,增强企业的竞争能力。The key for scientific and technological personnel to bring their initiatives into play is determined on whether their sense of obligation and desire to do better are motivated to make them engage in the development of enterprises with an active mentality. Thus, the key for enterprises to realize sustainable and stable development is to construct just and effective encouragement system and to increase the overall caliber of scientific and technological troops. To effectively encourage the staff and to assess their achievements, theory of encouragement should be introduced to increase initiatives of scientific and technological personnel and the knowledge of quality management behavior should be combined with psychological knowledge; in order to increase initiatives of scientific and technological personnel and strengthen competitive capabilities of enterprises, the staff should be educated and urged to change their minds and should be cultivated to have the sense of competitiveness and enterprising spirit.
