预制薄形轴型皮瓣血液供应重构的实验研究

摘  要:实验将猪后肢股血管束移入真皮下血管网与浅筋膜之间,并通过显微镜、组织学、透明标本及动脉铸型等方法观察皮瓣血液供应重构过程,结果示:水后3~4W新生血管形成并连结血管束与真皮下血管网,术后6~3W,新生血管增大,皮瓣血运建立,所有顶制薄形轴型皮瓣原位移植全部成活。AbstractThe femoral Vascular bundles of posterior legsof the pigs were implantep between sbbdermalvascular networks and superficial fascia.Theexperiment was evaluated by the methods ofmicroscopy.histology, transparent tissue tech-nique and arterial casting,The result showedthat the new capillaries were formed, and theyconncected vascular bundles and subderamalvascular neworks 3-4 weeks sfter operations. Blood Supply of skin flap was set up whenthe new capillaries reached full growth 6-8 weeks after operations. All prefabricated thinaxial pattern skin flaps were survived byretransplantation in situ.
