经额巨大垂体瘤显微外科全切除研究

摘　　要：报道２０例巨大垂体腺瘤经额～硬膜下入路在显微镜下全切除的研究。２０例中，男性９例，女性１１例。术后平均随访时间１３个月。结果：１８例视力障碍和１２例内分泌障碍得到改善，迄今无复发。应用显微外科技术对该肿瘤全切除可减少合并症和复发率。AbstractIt is difficult to resect a hugc pitdtaryadenoma completely.The ratlonale for thetransfrontal approach in the microneurosurgerymanagement of huge pituitary aderoma wasreported,based on experience of 20 casesduring January 1989 and Deccmber 1990,There were 9 men and 11 women with agesranging from 16 to 58 years in this group.The average age was 38.4 years. The average period of follow-up was 13months. The vision was improved postopera-tively in 18 prtients who presented with visualloss. 12 patients with endocrinosis were alsoimproved. None of twenty cases has sufferedrecurrence,The microsurgical technic is themost effective method for total rcsection ofhuge pituitary adenoma,and the tumor recur-rence and complications can be reduced.
