摘 要:本文应用放射性核素对30例体表胃电图(EGG)异常者和10例正常人行胃和空腹、餐后胆囊序列成像。然后给予口服胃动力药多潘立酮(Domperidone)后复查。探讨EGG与胃和胆囊运动之间的关系。结果表明,胃肌电节律直接与胃的运动状态有关。其3~4cpm时,胃的排空速率最快,过缓或过速均可致胃排空运动程度不等的障碍。但振幅对胃运动无显著影响。其和空腹和餐后胆囊运动也有类似的关系。服多潘立酮后,异常的EGG均趋于正常化。随之胃和空腹及餐后胆囊运动障碍也得到显著改善。结论是EGG节律可作为胃运动的一个参考指标。To investigate the relation between gastric myoelectrical activity and motility of stomachand gallbladder,99mTc-radionucleography of stomach,precibal and postcibal gallbladderwere studied in 30 patients with abnormal electrogastrogram(EGG)which were recorded bycutaneous electrodes,together with l0 controls.After administration of Domperidone, theexaminations were repeated.The results suggested that the frequency of gastric myoelectricalactivity was directly related to the motor function of stomach。 With frequency of 3 to 4 cpm,the stomach emptying rate was most rapid while either slow or rapid rhythim would lead toimpairment of the motor function of stomach.But the amplitude of EGG was of nosignificance to the motility of stomach.Similar relationship was seen in the movement ofboth precibal and postcibal gallbladder.Domperidone enabled the abnormal EGG in patientstoward normal with obvious improvement of gastric and gallbladder motility.we concludethat the frequency of EGG can be regarded as a motility index of stomach,and domperidoneenhances the motifity of stomach and gallbladder.
