摘　　要：报道3～14岁儿童颅内生殖细胞瘤20例,12例经病理及细胞学检查证实,8例为临床诊断。足够剂量的全中枢神经轴的放射治疗有良好疗效。随访20例中,临床治愈11例,症状改善8例,5年生存率为50%。推荐放疗作为治疗的首选。对复发性肿瘤及合并颅内压增高者的治疗也作了讨论。Twenty children with intracranial germinoma(germ cell tumor)were reported.The diagnosis was made histologically in 12 cases,and clinically in the other 8 cases.Acceptable results were obtained by entire neural axial radiotherapy.Nineteen cases were followed up for 1 to 15 years,11 cases cured and 8 improyed. Radiotherapy may still be the first choice of the treatment of the intracranial germ cell tumor.The treatment for recurrent tumors and those fumor with increased intracranial pressure was also discussed.
