摘 要:在我国油气钻井工程中,常遇到大量岩盐层。在钻井过程中,容易产生缩径卡钻或起下钻遇阻,在下套管时容易出现下套管遇阻,同时套管下入井后易产生随时间而变化的不均匀外载并挤毁套管。因此,为了确定其蠕变规律并为岩盐层钻井和下套管提供依据,需确定其力学参数。以前的研究方法主要是靠取心做实验来获取,其成本高、周期长。为此,文章提出了用岩盐层反演理论来反演岩盐层力学参数的方法,避免了大量取心,节省大量成本和时间。江汉油田现场使用表明此方法可靠、实用。A large number of rock salt beds were often encountered with in the process of drilling for oil and gas in China. These accidents, such as the drillpipe sticking or tight tript, the running casing sticking and the changeable nonuniform external loading on the casing in the hole which could make the casing be collapsed, were easy caused by the undergauge caused by the expansion of rock salt bed. In order to investigate its creep deformation law and to provide the basis for drilling it and for running casing, it is necessary to determine its mechanical parameters. These parameter were achieved mainly by core experimental data in the past, which caused a high cost and long period. For this reason, an inversion method is put forward in order to determine the mechanical parameters of the rock salt bed on the basis of caliper logging data, thus avoiding a lot of coring works and economizing on cost and time. Through the on-site application in Jianghan Oil Field, it was indicated that this method is reliable and useful.
