肾上腺皮质腺瘤CT与MRI显像对比分析

摘　　要：目的探讨CT、MRI诊断肾上腺皮质腺瘤临床诊断符合率。方法对我院从1999￣2004年间经手术、病理证实的16例肾上腺皮质腺瘤的CT和MRI检查资料进行对比分析。其中男9例,女7例,年龄为24￣65岁,平均年龄43岁。检查设备为GE980型CT机,GEprospeedSXAdvantage型螺旋CT机,GE1.0TSignaHorizonLX型磁共振设备,行CT和/或MRI平扫,然后行增强检查。结果16例均为单侧发病,其中右侧11例,左侧5例。最小病灶为9mm×12mm,最大病灶为170mm×120mm。CT表现为肾上腺区圆形或椭圆形低密度或等密度影,边缘部分清楚,增强可显示部分强化。MRI表现为T1WI类似肝实质信号,T2WI接近或高于肝实质信号。结论①肾上腺皮质腺瘤CT、MRI表现有一定的特征性;②结合临床资料,肾上腺皮质腺瘤能与部分肾上腺病变鉴别。Objective To improve the accordance between imaging diagnosis and clinic diagnosis,We compared CT and MRI findings of adrenal adenoma with it's pathology. Methods 16 cases(M∶9F∶7)of adrenal adenoma from 1999 to 2004 which confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysed. The age was from 21 to 62 years old(mean∶43).All the patients underwent CT scan(plain and enhanced CT)and MRI.GE Prospeed SX Advantage spiral CT and GE 1.0T Signa Horizon LX MRI were used. Results Sixteen cases were all unitary,11 cases in the right and 7 cases in the left.The minimum lesion was 9×12 mm.The maximum was 170×120 mm.The main imaging appearance was ball or oval, isodensity or signal low density mass on adrenal, partly enhancement on CT,isodensity single to liver on T2WI and isodensity or high indensity signal to liver on T2WI. Results ① Adrenocortical adenoma has a characteristic imaging appearance on CT and MRI;②Combined with clinic date, adrenocortical adenoma can be differentiated from other adrenal diseases.
