贲门癌组织中PCNA、p53和Bc1-2的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨细胞增殖与细胞凋亡在贲门癌发生发展中的作用。方法60例贲门癌按照病理类型及分化程度分为五组,观察PCNA、p53和Bcl-2在各组癌组织中的分布、表达并进行灰度值及凋亡指数的比较和研究。结果①贲门非黏液性腺癌:PCNA、p53显示随着癌组织分化程度的降低,其灰度值呈明显的降低趋势;Bcl-2在各组癌组织中呈现灰度值基本一致的阳性表达;凋亡指数在低、未分化癌组织中显著降低;②贲门黏液性腺癌:PCNA在大部分癌细胞中呈阳性表达;p53和Bcl-2在大部分癌细胞中呈阴性表达;凋亡指数在各组贲门癌组织中最低。结论贲门癌组织中PCNA,p53和Bcl-2的分布、表达与癌组织的病理类型及分化程度密切相关。贲门黏膜组织中细胞凋亡机制的抑制将可导致贲门癌的形成。Objective To investigate the effect of the cellproliferation and apoptosis on the carcinogenesis and development of the cardiac carcinoma. Methods It was measured the distribution and expression of PCNA,p53 and Bcl-2 in the gastric tissues with the various groups of the cardiac carcinoma,which 60 cases were divided into 5 groups according to the pathological types and degree of the differentiation, and compared with their gray scales and apoptosis index (AI) in the various groups. Results ①Non mucous cardiac carcinoma: The gray scales of PCNA, p53 were greatly reduced and varies with the poorly-differentiated carcinoma; The expression of Bcl-2 was positive and their gray scales were consonance in the various groups of cardiac carcinoma tissues;The AI was greatly reduced in the poorly-differentiated and undifferentiated carcinoma; ②Mucous cardiac carcinoma: The expression of PCNA was positive and the expression of p53 and Bcl-2 was negative in the most part of the carcinoma cell; The AI was lowest of the various groups of the cardiac carcinoma. Conclusion The distribution and expression of PCNA,p53 and Bcl-2 in the gastric tissues with the cardiac carcinoma was closely correlated with the pathological types and differentiation of the carcinoma tissue. If the mechanism of the apoptosis was restrained, the carcinogenesis of cardiac carcinoma was induced in the cardiac mucous membrane.
