摘　　要：目的:检测SCP-1基因在广西人肝细胞癌中的表达情况。方法:应用SCP-1单克隆抗体,对33例肝细胞癌组织进行免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测。结果:发现28例阳性,SCP-1阳性颗粒均位于细胞质;正常的肝细胞为阴性。SCP-1在肝细胞癌组织中表达频率为84.85%(28/33)。结论:SCP-1在肝细胞癌组织中有高频率的表达,提示SCP-1将可能成为用于人肝细胞癌免疫治疗的靶抗原。Objective:To detect the expression of SCP-1 Gene in hepatocelluar carcinoma (HCC) of Guangxi.Methods:33 cases of HCC were detected by immunohistochemical technique(SP method) using a monoclonal anti-SCP-1 antibody.Results:The antibody-positive responses were strongly in HCC tissue while the antibody-negative responses were in hepatocelluar normal tissue. The frequency of expression was 84.85%(28/33).Conclusion:These is a high frequency of expression of SCP-1 Gene in hepatocelluar carcinoma ( HCC ) of Guangxi, and which suggests that it might be a good candidate of target for immunotherapy in HCC.
