摘　　要：报告２４例支气管类癌，其中非典型类癌８例占３３．３％，典型类癌１６例占６６．７％。二者在临床特征、病理表现、区域淋巴结、全身转移及预后等方面均有明显差异。我们重点讨论两者差别，并认为典型类癌恶性度低，外科切除可治愈；非典型类癌恶性度远高于前者，手术切除远期效果与前者差异甚大。This paper presents 24 cases of bronchial carcinoid,atypical(AC)in 8(33.3%)and typical (TC),in 16 (66.7%).Obviously, differences in the clinical features, pathological findings, metastases and prognosis exist between AC and TC. These differences have not been mentioned in the Chinese articles.We conclude that;TC was less malignant and can probably be cured by surgical resection,whereas,AC was much more malignant than TC and its late result after surgical resection was far inferior to that of TC.
