摘　　要：本文从交际角色、心理因素、交际场合和交际背景等方面分析了影响言语交际的主要因素。指出要达到理想的交际目的 ,要注意身份地位在交际角色中所起的作用 ;注重个性心理品格的调整和心理障碍的排除 ;把握交际的时间、空间、交际情景和言语表达方式 ;同时也要考虑交际双方的文化背景。The key elements of the effects on speech in communication have been analyzed according to the communicative roles, psychological factors, communication factors and communication settings. In order to realize the ideal communication, one should pay attention and efforts on the following: adjusting one's personal psychological factors and obviating psychological barrier; making good use of the time, space, communication settings and the speech manners; as well as the cultural backgrounds of the two roles while communicating.
