摘 要:介绍了废水生物处理中基质亲和性常数(Ks值)的测定方法:间歇进水法、连续流恒化器法、无限稀释法和间歇进水改进法,并对这4种方法的测定原理、方法以及优缺点进行了比较,讨论了各自的适用范围。分别采用4种方法对生物处理含酚废水的Ks值进行了测定。结果表明:经过长期驯化的活性污泥具有较好的苯酚亲和性,其Ks值约为0.06mg/L。间歇进水法不适用于测定低Ks值的情况,连续进水法的测定时间较长,对于混合培养体系也不适用,无限稀释法和间歇进水改进法均能快速准确地测定Ks值,后者操作更为简便。This paper reviewed four methods including batch-feed test, continuous-feed test, infinite dilution technique and modified batch-feed test to determine the substrate affinity constant (Ks value) of Monod kinetic model. The theories and operations were described and the advantages and disadvantages were discussed. Ks value for wastewater containing phenol bio-treatment was obtained by those four methods, respectively. Experiment results showed that activated sludge had a good affinity to phenol with a Ks value of 0.06 mg/L after a long period of acclimation in low level phenolic wastewater. Batch-feed test was not suitable to be applied in measurement of micro-organism with low Ks value, continuous-feed test required too much time to measure the Ks value of mixed culture system, which would change the microbial kinetic characteristics. Both of the infinite dilution technique and the modified batch-feed test could evaluate the Ks value for special organics accurately and rapidly, the latter was easier to operate than the former.
