摘 要:通过屠宰对比实验,研究了以秦蒙二元杂交牛为对照组,丹秦蒙、利秦蒙和安秦蒙3个三元杂交组合肉牛为实验组的各6头经肥育的15.5~18.5月龄育肥阉牛的屠宰性能,4组屠宰率依次为57.5%、60.0%、61.6%和62.8%,实验组与对照组间差异显著到极显著(P<0.05~P<0.01),实验和组间亦有显著差异(P<0.05);净肉率依次为45.7%、49.0%、50.7%和51.8%,实验各组与对照组间均为极显著水平(P<0.01),实验组间亦存在差异,其中实验和组间为显著(P<0.05),实验和间为高显(P<0.01)。在上2项重要指标均以安秦蒙组相对较高,表明安秦蒙三元杂交肉牛具有相对更好的肉用性能。The slaughter of rti-crossbreeding beef cattles of three breeds were studied by comparing experiments,using Qing and Meng bi-crossbreeding beef cattles as control group,Dan Qing-meng,LiQing-meng and An qing-meng tri-crossbreeding beeks as experiment groups.Six cattles of 15.5-18.5 months Were Choosen in each group,their dressing rates are separately 57.5%60%61.6% and 62.8%.There is a great difference betueen control group and experiment groups(P<0.05-0.01),and experiment groups Ⅰand Ⅲ arequite different(P<0.05),Net beef rates are sepeerately 45.7%,49.0,50.7% and 51.8%,comparing with control group,the differences are obviously different(P<0.01),and they also have differences betueen experiment groups.experiment group Ⅰand Ⅱ Show different rates(P<0.01).The above two important index are all higher than An qing-meng group, and the results showed that An qing-meng tri-crossbreeding beef cattle has much better function of beef production.
