摘　　要：总结后房型人工晶体眼视网膜脱离４４只眼，１２只后囊膜破损眼中有１１眼（９１．７％）其视网膜脱离发生于１年内，而后囊膜完整的３２只眼１年内发生视网膜脱离的有１８眼（５６．３％），二者有显著性差异。采用常规视网膜脱离手术或联合闭合式玻璃体切割术，视网膜复位３６只眼（８１．８％），其中３３只眼术后视力提高。术前伴有严重ＰＶＲ或未发现视网膜裂孔是影响手术成功率的主要因素。e reviewed 4 4 eyes of pseudophakic (PC- IOL) retinal detackment in which 1 2 eyes had theirposterior lenticular capsules broken,7 of them during the operation and 5 after postoperative YAGlaser capeulotomy. Eleven of these 1 2 eyes(91.7%)had their retinae detached within 1 year aftercataract extractlon associated with Intraocular lens implantatlon,and 1 8 eyes in 32 eyes(56,3%)with intact posterior len t icular capeules had their retinae detached wi thin 1 year.The differencebetween the above conditions was statistically significant(P<0.05);Thirty- six of 4 4 eyes(81.8%)had their detached retinae reattached after surgical treatmint.And we found that advancedproliferative vitroretinopethy and failure of detection of retinal breaks played important role for failureof surgical treaUnent in this series。
